A Reoccurring meeting is for those looking to
really commit to the work. We will meet x1 per week for 4 weeks over a 4 month time span. We will spend time unlocking your potential and paving a clear path forward for your future self.
This 4 month time span will offer ample amounts of time to self reflect, heal, and to do the work together. Sessions will involve goal & intention setting, in depth astrological transits, weekly meditation, sauna and cold plunge sessions, reiki & more.

my why.
My spiritual awakening began after a heart wrenching break up that shook the foundation I thought I had built for myself. I thought I knew myself and the direction I was heading in felt more clear upon moving to Maine after an 8 month solo trip to SE Asia. I moved to Maine with a new perspective and began my spiritual journey. I intentionally created a community for myself that felt inspiring and connective. I taught myself Astrology and studied under a Vedic Astrology teacher. During this time I had my hands in many different pots within the wellness and spirituality realm.

I thought that all of the certifications would bring me what I needed but what I've learned and am still learning that it's life itself that provides me with all that I need. Through deep introspection and various different self help tools such as Astrology, Yoga, meditation and coaching, I have gained a better understanding of who I am and what my purpose is in this lifetime and yet I am still figuring this all out. One of the most important take aways that I've had is that life doesn't necessarily get any easier, in fact I'd say it only gets harder, but it's how we choose to react to it that paves the path forward. I'd be honored to help guide you on this next path.
