About Me
My name is Becca Garibaldi and I live in Portland, Maine with my dog Pai. I travelled quite a bit before I found my roots in Maine and have been growing here since 2019. Seed&Sow is a platform for Spiritual Consulting where I work 1:1 with people who are experiencing major life transitions and are interested in a more in depth spiritual approach.

Since being here I have received my 200 HR RYT, Reiki I, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Based Trauma-Informed Yoga certification. I am currently in the process of receiving my 200HR Foundations of Ayurveda certification with Boston Ayurveda School.

I am a Pisces Ascendant, Leo Sun and Taurus Moon. My journey with astrology began about 5 years ago. I started learning Western via Cafe Astrology and then found myself drawn to a podcast called Astrology Now by Christine Rodriguez. I studied under Christine learning more on Vedic Astrology and how to read my own birth chart as well as others. From there I began reading my friends and families charts until I felt confident enough to share this work. Astrology has led me to becoming a more self-aware person, bettering both my internal and external relationships. It's also helped shine a light on my gifts that I was not fully embracing or accepting at the time as well as any karmic patterns that I had become blind to.

I make a daily practice of setting a clear intentional path moving forward for personal manifestations to come in and I would be honored to help assist you with yours.
